We would like to welcome you to the Al Haramain Hajj Group. Hajj is the most important journey you will undertake fulfilling the fifth pillar of Islam. While it is a journey to the House of Allah, it is in fact a journey to Allah [subhanahu wa taala].

Al Haramain Hajj Group is pleased to offer a hajj package to pilgrims Australia wide at a competitive price taking into consideration your need for comfort, spiritual guidance and religious instruction.

We are therefore pleased to offer our hujjaj/pilgrims the following:

ACCOMMODATION
Maddinah: Mellenium Al Aqeeq

Makkah: Swiss Al Maqam

 

MEALS
Makkah & Madina: Open Buffet Breakfast and dinner offered daily in both Makkah and Madina for the duration of the stay in both sacred cities.

Mina: Three meals provided every day in Mina. Hot and cold drinks,
Arafat: Meals and drinks are also provided.

 

TRANSPORT & SIDE TRIPS
Al Haramain Hajj Group chooses to go to Madina first and then Makkah making the journey much easier on our pilgrims. The planned flight path is SYDNEY>MADINAH>JEDDAH>SYDNEY
We have arranged for guided tours to historical sites in both Makkah and Madina accompanied by scholars with a detailed description of these historical sites for greater benefit.

If you would like to travel to another destination after hajj please let us know and we will book you for that destination as you designate at an extra cost. Please view the itinerary for exact details of travel as well as internal travel dates.

RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTIONS & SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE
Lessons will be offered by the learned scholars who are accompanying the group. We also have travelling with us a female teacher from Daar Aisha Shariah College who will be accompanying the ladies in the group and offering spiritual guidance throughout the journey.

 

HADY – (QURBAN/ANIMAL SACRIFICE) & OTHER INCLUSIONS
The animal sacrifice is included in the Al Haramain Hajj Group package.
Hajj Tax & Mutawif’s cheque is included as part of the package.
A/C Bus Transport Air conditioned buses will be provided for all bus travels.
Brothers will be provided with an Ihram cloth.
Every Pilgrim will receive a 5 ltr Container of Zam Zam water.

 

INTENSIVE HAJJ COURSE
This will be conducted for both men and women prior to departure to prepare every pilgrim for the oncoming journey of Hajj. Every pilgrim will be provided with a booklet of Hajj course notes, as well as a hand held hajj dua book for every occasion in Hajj.

 

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT OPTIONS

To register for Hajj and secure your position you will need to provide the following to the Al Haramain Office in Person:
1. Al Haramain Hajj Application form and Visa Application form must be submitted completed and signed.
2. Hajj Schedule and Agreement form submitted and signed.
3. A valid Passport and 4 Passport photos. PLEASE NOTE: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
4. A letter from your Doctor after receiving the Flu and Meningitis vaccines as well as a statement from the doctor saying ‘You are fit to travel to Saudi Arabia. (see example letter attached)
5. $4000 deposit per person.
6. Marriage Certificate (where applicable)

 

Payment for the deposit as well as the final payment for the package can be made through one of the following options:

Paying in Cash
Al Haramain Hajj Office is located at 21 Nowill St, Condell Park, 2200.
Open Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Please make sure the money is placed in an envelope with your name clearly written on it as well as the amount it contains. Once the money is counted in your presence you will be issued with a receipt.

Paying by cheque
Please make the cheque payable to BMA Travel.

Acc Name: Trust Account – BSB: 112 879 – Account no: 429114078 (your name as the reference)
Please make sure you send us a copy of  your receipt with the amount paid otherwise we will not be able to credit the amount to your name.
